Join us for a special November immersion into the ancient system of Tibetan Yoga (Yantra Yoga)—a lineage-based practice that harmonizes body, breath, and mind through a precise and powerful series of movements.
This three-part online series will focus on loosening the joints and purifying the energy channels through coordinated breath and mindful movement, culminating in an in-person daylong retreat for local participants.
About Yantra Yoga
Originating in the 8th century and transmitted to the West in the 1970s by Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, Yantra Yoga offers a rare and complete system for cultivating vitality, relaxation, and inner balance.
As James Nestor, author of Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, reminds us:
“No matter what we eat, how much we exercise, how resilient our genes are, how young or wise we are—none of it will matter unless we’re breathing correctly… The missing pillar in health is breath.”
Yantra Yoga has never been lost—it’s been a living tradition, quietly preserved and passed down. This practice provides direct experience of the profound relationship between movement and breath, aligning seamlessly with the principles of modern respiratory science.
If you’re drawn to authentic yogic traditions that bridge ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding, this immersion is for you.
