In this program you will gain a complete overview of the entire system of Traditional Tibetan Medicine according to the Tsa Gyud, the first Tantra of the four texts of Traditional Tibetan Medicine study. With this overview you will dive deeply into the aspects which pertain to self-care with special focus on stress management, seasonal prevention, and concluding by building your very own constitutional health plan.
