Harmonious Breathing is a key element in coordinating the functions of the mind and body. It calms the mind, reduces tension in the body, and improves both physiological and cerebral functions. Complete and Harmonious breathing can also be used to better understand the practice of Yantra Yoga and any Pranayama methods as well as indispensable for developing presence and relaxation in daily life. Working with Circumstances: Yantra Yoga with Modifications
Perhaps you are wondering how to work with an old injury, the challenges of flexibility and aging within your yantra yoga practice? This course is designed for those working with circumstances and wish to deepen their experience and understanding within the practice of Yantra Yoga. We will learn how to modify various positions from the Yantra Yoga system so that everyone, despite challenges can adapt to their practice.
Saturday May 13 9:30-12pm
Harmonious Breathing, Soft Yantra Yoga and the Pranayamas of the First and Second Series will be used to explain the Kumbhaka. Some experience of Yantra Yoga helpful.

Naomi Zeitz has been a student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and Yantra Yoga since 1987 and has been an authorized Yantra Yoga instructor since 2008. She specializes in teaching simple yet profound methods of breathing and working with people of all ages and physical conditions.
